Spectators: 10827 (Terracing: 8121, Seating: 2490, VIP seats: 216) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Michel Santos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Euneos Barraboutis was a little too slow when Michel Santos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 2nd minute. The score was now 1-0. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Michel Santos sped through ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Euneos Barraboutis. In the 13th minute of the match, Michel Santos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Euneos Barraboutis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 15th minute, Zethos Kyriakoulopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Euneos Barraboutis made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Michel Santos sent off a good shot on target. Michel Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Euneos Barraboutis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Euneos Barraboutis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Michel Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Euneos Barraboutis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Euneos Barraboutis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ from getting a goal against them. After 24 minutes, Kolkhis Brettos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ and the APOELHELLAS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Kolkhis Brettos got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michel Santos in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Euneos Barraboutis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michel Santos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Euneos Barraboutis came out and tried to block the shot, but Michel Santos slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the match, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Santos came free, but Euneos Barraboutis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Danaos Papadimitriou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave APOELHELLAS the free kick. In the 35th match minute, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danaos Papadimitriou to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Makareus Poulakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Euneos Barraboutis. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Makareus Poulakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The supporters of ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ booed when APOELHELLAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aglauros Sakellariou didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kolkhis Brettos made the kick off in the second half. Akontios Haritos's late challenge caught a APOELHELLAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Akontios Haritos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Akontios Haritos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th match minute, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kolkhis Brettos to maneuver through the defense. If Michel Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Santos in the 57th minute of play forced ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's goalkeeper Euneos Barraboutis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Michel Santos came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the APOELHELLAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Santos couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Michel Santos notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Euneos Barraboutis. Euneos Barraboutis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Euneos Barraboutis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Santos in the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Michel Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. APOELHELLAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Euneos Barraboutis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Euneos Barraboutis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Santos in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Michel Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Euneos Barraboutis. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 82 minutes into the game, Danaos Papadimitriou threw the ball into play from the sideline. APOELHELLAS's Lykaon Belesis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Euneos Barraboutis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phaiakes Mitsinikos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the APOELHELLAS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
