In the 29th minute, Unione Sportiva's Christiano Ronaldo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Christiano Ronaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Empire of Soccer's Ladislao Harriet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernado Alves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a little luck, Empire of Soccer's Uriel Malvin got control of the ball when Ptolemeus Giannopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Empire of Soccer booed when Unione Sportiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kimon Yfantis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernado Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furo Bolas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christiano Ronaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cassiano Vilas Boas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Uriel Malvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernado Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Harriet, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Natalio Blanco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Fernado Alves made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Xanthos Fikias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernado Alves. The goal made the score 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by August Bratt in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Empire of Soccer's Furo Bolas. Xanthos Fikias took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernado Alves. Fernado Alves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Unione Sportiva supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Empire of Soccer's performance. The match ended with a win for Empire of Soccer.
