An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Belkin in the 7th minute of play forced Спартак Гомель's goalkeeper Boris Nazarszuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juljan Silkevich made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konstantin Pankratov in the 9th minute. Ilia Strypeikis struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Juljan Silkevich didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Спартак Гомель. Ruslan Belkin might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boris Nazarszuk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruslan Belkin ran back to his position shaking his head. When Radislav Labusov came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Mozyr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radislav Labusov couldn't finish the play. When Спартак Гомель's Ilia Strypeikis in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ruslan Belkin scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boris Nazarszuk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 minutes of play, Mozyr's Radislav Labusov made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boris Nazarszuk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boris Nazarszuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Kasperovich, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Ruslan Belkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Boris Nazarszuk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boris Nazarszuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruslan Belkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. In the 50th minute, Ruslan Belkin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mozyr fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruslan Belkin to make the kick off. Valery Liankevich hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Juljan Silkevich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Pankratov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ilia Strypeikis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Спартак Гомель's goalkeeper Boris Nazarszuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radislav Labusov. Boris Nazarszuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruslan Belkin in the 62nd minute of play. With his leg Boris Nazarszuk managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Mozyr's Radislav Labusov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 73 minutes, Ruslan Belkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mozyr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruslan Belkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juljan Silkevich didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantin Pankratov went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Mozyr getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kirill Habalevich hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Ilia Strypeikis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juljan Silkevich was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Mozyr's Ruslan Belkin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boris Nazarszuk. That made the score 1-4 after 89 minutes of play. Konstantin Pankratov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mozyr had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
