Evgeny Hershanovich was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute of the match, Sergey Abramov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Genady Martynov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimir Egorov couldn't finish the play. If Sergey Abramov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Kobrin's goal looked a bit too open when Kirill Barsukov came free, but Genady Martynov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Kobrin left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Polotsk.
