Kuzma Belkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitaly Prokopenko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kuzma Belkin having to make a save. Igor Sitnikov succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. In the 34th minute, Viktor Evstigneev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vitaly Prokopenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuzma Belkin having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Vitaly Prokopenko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kobrin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitaly Prokopenko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Mechyslav Suzanovich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Evstigneev in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kuzma Belkin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladimir Fursov to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Borisov's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaly Prokopenko came free, but Kuzma Belkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borisov's Kuzma Belkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaly Prokopenko in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Kobrin's Vitaly Prokopenko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kuzma Belkin. That made the score 1-3 after 56 minutes of play. 60 minutes into the match, Borisov's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Evstigneev came free, but Kuzma Belkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuzma Belkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaly Prokopenko in the 61st minute of play. Jakov Tarfimovich charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakov Tarfimovich the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Borisov got a freekick which was hit by Jakov Tarfimovich. In the 72nd minute Vitaly Prokopenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuzma Belkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Borisov got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Alekseev. Igor Sitnikov scored 2-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szczepan Cichewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88thth minute of the game Igor Sitnikov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kobrin's Szczepan Cichewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitaly Prokopenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kuzma Belkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Vitaly Prokopenko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kuzma Belkin. That made the score 2-4 in the 94 minute of play. When the match was over Kobrin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Borisov throughout the match.
