After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Viktor Evstigneev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kobrin's Szczepan Cichewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Kobrin from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Gorki booed when Kobrin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haryton Evdokimenko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanislav Gedrevich was the one to do the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Gorki's Miron Nikitenko made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Szczepan Cichewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patap Fadeev in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szczepan Cichewski saved Kobrin from getting behind. Szymon Milan made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Genady Mysovsky sent off a good shot on target. The Gorki players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
