The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanislav Medvedev was the one to do the kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Branislav Zdanovich showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stanislav Medvedev hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Gomel's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Gipuzkoa came free, but Branislav Zdanovich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juras Nekrasov got free with Timur Meleshko in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timur Meleshko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislav Medvedev in the 86th minute of play. Matvey Morozov hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
