Gomel's Branislav Zdanovich proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Gomel from getting a goal against them. Jakim Sergeev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislav Medvedev in the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gleb Makaranko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Branislav Zdanovich. That made the score 1-2 in the 84 minute of play. If Vitaly Soloviev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitaly Khaecky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Branislav Zdanovich having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Gomel's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaly Khaecky came free, but Branislav Zdanovich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, ФК Телеханы's goal looked a bit too open when Juras Nekrasov came free, but Jakim Sergeev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Gomel fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ФК Телеханы were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
