When Loco Jøker, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 10 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hernani Branco was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of ̶S̶P̶A̶R̶T̶A̶N̶ booed when Kuban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deng Yin Sang didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 minutes of play, ̶S̶P̶A̶R̶T̶A̶N̶'s 卓战希 made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anton Gavrosh was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romário de Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. When 卓战希 came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the ̶S̶P̶A̶R̶T̶A̶N̶ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 卓战希 couldn't finish the play. Anton Gavrosh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 狄风朋, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Romário de Souza could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Anton Gavrosh however easily saved by the left post. Anton Gavrosh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romário de Souza went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Kuban defense, 卓战希 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Gavrosh. The Kuban fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Gavrosh should have stopped the shot. Hernani Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaffar Altınkaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ̶S̶P̶A̶R̶T̶A̶N̶ players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Kuban from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
