They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Krum Erenditzov to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ashiklari's Argir Dzhodzhov got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Trifon Panov took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blagoy Pisarov. Ashiklari's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Blagoy Pisarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Milakiev in the 54th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Ashiklari defense, Alexander Milakiev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blagoy Pisarov. The Ashiklari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blagoy Pisarov should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Tihomir Dipchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blagoy Pisarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Milakiev in the 61st minute of play forced Ashiklari's goalkeeper Blagoy Pisarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Súrmadzhiev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krum Erenditzov's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Ashiklari's Blagoy Pisarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gergin Manov in the 66th minute of play. Rafail Vulov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Súrmadzhiev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Dripka's Alexander Milakiev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blagoy Pisarov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 78 minutes into the game, Rafail Vulov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ashiklari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dripka the free kick. Ashiklari's Krum Erenditzov got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Svetlin Koynarski came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ashiklari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svetlin Koynarski couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the game, Tihomir Salmov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angel Súrmadzhiev. Tihomir Salmov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. In the 88th minute, Tihomir Salmov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Detelin Portalski during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tihomir Dipchev in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blagoy Pisarov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ashiklari's Blagoy Pisarov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tihomir Dipchev in the 96th minute of play. Ashiklari were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Dripka to leave the ground with a draw.
