Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) Balabash's Lilcho Bozhinov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Lilcho Bozhinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Panev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lilcho Bozhinov came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Balabash fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lilcho Bozhinov couldn't finish the play. In the 17th match minute, Sofia-CitY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlado Sheremetov to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd match minute, Balabash was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Chirpanliev to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Janusz Furtok hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lilcho Bozhinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yane Hadzhistoyanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antón Slávik in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Antón Slávik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marian Sendov might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yane Hadzhistoyanov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marian Sendov ran back to his position shaking his head. Antón Slávik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Yane Hadzhistoyanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antón Slávik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vlado Sheremetov hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Botyo Kirkov hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Iliyan Panev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lilcho Bozhinov in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute Lilcho Bozhinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Panev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Sofia-CitY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Veliko Dambov to maneuver through the defense. Sofia-CitY's Viden Shofelinov was substituted for Vlado Sheremetov. Iliyan Panev made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lilcho Bozhinov sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Balabash booed when Sofia-CitY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Botyo Kirkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Haralampi Lisev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chavdar Lanzov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iliyan Panev having to interfere. Balabash were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
