Tencho Gergovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ikonom Stefanov in the 6th minute of the match. With his leg Tencho Gergovski managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when AMEKS's Iliya Kaymakanov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ikonom Stefanov in the 19th minute of play forced LEVSKI 1914's goalkeeper Tencho Gergovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Grozdan Pometkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LEVSKI 1914's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AMEKS the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivelin Kenov in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Penko Nikolchovski saved AMEKS from getting behind. Ikonom Stefanov's late challenge caught a LEVSKI 1914's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ikonom Stefanov helped the player get up and apologised. Ivelin Kenov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ognyan Valentinov kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, LEVSKI 1914 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grozdan Pometkov to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ilko Randzhev managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEVSKI 1914's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilko Randzhev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of AMEKS booed when LEVSKI 1914 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ancho Múrhov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ikonom Stefanov to strike the kick off in the second half. Ilko Randzhev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Penko Nikolchovski having to interfere. Ivelin Kenov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Penko Nikolchovski came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivelin Kenov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 55th minute. LEVSKI 1914's Tencho Gergovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ikonom Stefanov in the 58th minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, LEVSKI 1914's Ivelin Kenov made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Penko Nikolchovski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute Ikonom Stefanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tencho Gergovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Ognyan Valentinov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tencho Gergovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Ilko Randzhev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Ilko Randzhev took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Penko Nikolchovski to make any attempt to save it. In the 80th match minute, LEVSKI 1914 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ancho Múrhov to maneuver through the defense. Iliya Kaymakanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes, Dragomir Budinov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LEVSKI 1914 and the AMEKS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dragomir Budinov hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the match was over LEVSKI 1914 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AMEKS throughout the match.
