But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antim Doychev couldn't finish the play. Yane Dramski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Svetlan Bonin. B u l g a r a n's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Yuli Genkovski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svetlan Bonin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuli Genkovski in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Blagovest Dikanarov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the B u l g a r a n and the Okorsh players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Yuli Genkovski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yuli Genkovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Svetlan Bonin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antim Doychev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute of the match Ikonom Armyanov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Svetlan Bonin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Okorsh booed when B u l g a r a n was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velislav Vatev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svetlan Bonin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuli Genkovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, one of B u l g a r a n:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The attack was good, but when Yuli Genkovski in the 40th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Adrian Chipev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Velislav Vatev in the 45th minute. When Aleko Gluhchev fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Okorsh's protests and gave Aleko Gluhchev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Aleko Gluhchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yuli Genkovski to strike the kick off in the second half. Antim Doychev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Okorsh's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
