Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. After 7 played minutes Fc Rossem got a freekick which was hit by Yannik Van der Meiren. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Lou Cromefeldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The Fc Rossem fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Fc Rossem's Lou Cromefeldt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lou Cromefeldt in the 18th minute of the match. The corner led Fc Rossem's Crispijn Deprez to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Rossem's Matias Colebrants was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stein Van Eyke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Lou Cromefeldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lou Cromefeldt ran back to his position shaking his head. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Matias Colebrants tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Matias Colebrants didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. If Stein Van Eyke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willy Stieler charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Willy Stieler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fc Rossem:s goal. In the 50th minute, Fc Rossem got a penalty, and Crispijn Deprez placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lou Cromefeldt to strike the kick off in the second half. Fc Rossem were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Crispijn Deprez took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Tibo Cromefeldt advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-0 in the 58th minute. If Lou Cromefeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lou Cromefeldt in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Cromefeldt came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Matias Colebrants in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Matias Colebrants didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Frank Sachs who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Matias Colebrants when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Matias Colebrants made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 85 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Matias Colebrants made a huge save. After 95 minutes, Tibo Cromefeldt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Rossem and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Germany booed when Fc Rossem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibo Cromefeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 97th minute. Fc Rossem's Stein Van Eyke got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stein Van Eyke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Fc Rossem were victorious despite being under pressure from Germany for much of the match.
