Detelin Yavrichev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Vringov having to interfere. Dukhlevtsi's Detelin Yavrichev got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of CSKA Neitschowo booed when Dukhlevtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severin Mutev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Kaloyan Anastasov fired a really elegant long shot, but Vanko Zartov threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Iliya Dostin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Vanko Zartov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasko Durmishev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Vasko Durmishev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Detelin Yavrichev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Vanko Zartov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Neitschowo. Arhangel Bukarev's late challenge caught a CSKA Neitschowo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arhangel Bukarev helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Dukhlevtsi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arhangel Bukarev to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vasko Durmishev in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vanko Zartov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, CSKA Neitschowo's Alexander Bogdev got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ivan Vringov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Detelin Yavrichev in the 58th minute. If Detelin Yavrichev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CSKA Neitschowo's Ivan Vringov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Neitschowo from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasko Durmishev in the 67th minute of play forced Dukhlevtsi's goalkeeper Vanko Zartov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Detelin Yavrichev's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ivan Vringov firmly grabbed it by the left post. 79 minutes into the game, Detelin Yavrichev lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Ivan Vringov. After a defensive mix-up in Dukhlevtsi's zone, Vasko Durmishev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vanko Zartov came out of the goal and Vasko Durmishev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
