To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iliya Futlev in the 65th minute of play forced Tseretelevo's goalkeeper Tzonyo Vaklev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Milyo Kútov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tzonyo Vaklev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kliment Tinchev in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Iliya Futlev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Tseretelevo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tseretelevo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
