Spectators: 6802 (Terracing: 5050, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nayden Ugrinov got the match started through his kick off. After 5 played minutes, Turfarliy's Milyo Martinov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Plamen Pisarov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Turfarliy reached it. Dragomir Metanov charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dragomir Metanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dragomir Metanov kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Gyuro Teofanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Plamen Pisarov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivelin Chervenov's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Velislav Bezlov was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, one of Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Turfarliy. Tzanyo Doktorov stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Plamen Pisarov. 0-1. Plamen Pisarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gyuro Teofanov in the 20th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's goal looked a bit too open when Gyuro Teofanov came free, but Plamen Pisarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gyuro Teofanov came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Turfarliy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gyuro Teofanov couldn't finish the play. Ivelin Chervenov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Plamen Pisarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Dragomir Metanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tzanyo Doktorov, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Miladin Dargov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gospodin Hristodorov having to make a save. Gospodin Hristodorov made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Miladin Dargov sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Turfarliy booed when Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delyan Molev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Tzanyo Doktorov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Etyr Veliko Tyrnovo's Plamen Pisarov didn't even have to move.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gyuro Teofanov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miladin Dargov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gospodin Hristodorov having to interfere. Miladin Dargov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Plamen Pisarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gyuro Teofanov in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Ivelin Chervenov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Plamen Pisarov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 65th minute Gyuro Teofanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Plamen Pisarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Plamen Pisarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gyuro Teofanov in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match, Gyuro Teofanov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Plamen Pisarov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Plamen Pisarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gyuro Teofanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Turfarliy's Svetoslav Varimezov got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ivelin Chervenov might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Plamen Pisarov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivelin Chervenov ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 83 minutes, Gyuro Teofanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turfarliy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gyuro Teofanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivelin Chervenov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Plamen Pisarov made a huge save. Gyuro Teofanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Plamen Pisarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Gyuro Teofanov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miladin Dargov in the 91st minute of play forced Turfarliy's goalkeeper Gospodin Hristodorov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Turfarliy's Gospodin Hristodorov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miladin Dargov in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Turfarliy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
