Spectators: 6743 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 0) CSKA Glovaci's Rostislav Harlanov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, CSKA Glovaci's Toncho Palatov got a free kick in the 4th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Gercho Klenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Mekisch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gercho Klenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gercho Klenov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boris Chukovski was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Bogomil Shalamanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boris Chukovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manol Balabanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Yakim Seykov fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CSKA Glovaci's protests and gave Yakim Seykov a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes CSKA Glovaci got a freekick which was hit by Yakim Seykov. Boris Chukovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manol Balabanov in the 25th minute of play. CSKA Mekisch's Yosif Dyukmedzhiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rostislav Harlanov in the 28th minute of play. If Rostislav Harlanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Bozhko Dostin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Bogomil Shalamanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Severin Paliev, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gercho Klenov to strike the kick off in the second half. Gercho Klenov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Boris Chukovski came out and tried to block the shot, but Gercho Klenov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 63rd minute. In the 98th minute, CSKA Mekisch's Manol Balabanov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boris Chukovski. Boris Chukovski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. CSKA Glovaci were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
