Boris Vandov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Prokopi Kararizov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Peyo Tyulev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSKA Svetulka's Radostin Dundarov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. CSKA Svetulka's Boris Vandov got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alexi Bonov fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CSKA Svetulka's protests and gave Alexi Bonov a yellow card for diving instead. Alexi Bonov kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to CSKA Svetulka getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Emiliyan Neev hit a great ball. Nistar United FC's Peyo Tyulev got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rostislav Sofiyanski's late challenge caught a CSKA Svetulka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rostislav Sofiyanski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Rostislav Sofiyanski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nistar United FC's goalkeeper Prokopi Kararizov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half CSKA Svetulka were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mirolyub Zhúltov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Radostin Dundarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobi Filyov in the 56th minute of play. If Boris Vandov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Peyo Tyulev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nistar United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peyo Tyulev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radostin Dundarov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobi Filyov in the 71st minute of the match. Nistar United FC's Prokopi Kararizov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Nistar United FC from getting a goal against them. If Mirolyub Zhúltov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boris Vandov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Kuzman Shotorov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mirolyub Zhúltov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Prokopi Kararizov came out and tried to block the shot, but Mirolyub Zhúltov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 87th minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nistar United FC's goalkeeper Prokopi Kararizov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CSKA Svetulka were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Nistar United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Simo Grúncharski took the corner. The corner ended in Simo Grúncharski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nistar United FC's Prokopi Kararizov did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Mirolyub Zhúltov managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Svetulka's supporters rose to their feet, but Mirolyub Zhúltov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prokopi Kararizov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CSKA Svetulka played a much better game than Nistar United FC and deserved their victory. The Nistar United FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
