FC Chukurite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Canakcje the free kick. In the 4th match minute, FC Chukurite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lachezar Staroselski to maneuver through the defense. Severin Kotzovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stoyadin Kotzakov in the 7th minute of play. If Lachezar Staroselski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severin Kotzovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yanaki Shangov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stoyadin Kotzakov in the 11th minute of play forced FC Chukurite's goalkeeper Severin Kotzovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severin Kotzovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyadin Kotzakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stoyadin Kotzakov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severin Kotzovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Lachezar Staroselski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, FC Canakcje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dobrin Tiholov to maneuver through the defense. Lachezar Staroselski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Prokopi Zdravkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, FC Chukurite's Krasen Hadzhiev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prokopi Zdravkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severin Kotzovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stoyadin Kotzakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Canakcje getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Radko Yanachkov hit a great ball. When Lachezar Staroselski came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the FC Chukurite fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lachezar Staroselski couldn't finish the play. Dobrin Tiholov struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Severin Kotzovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Canakcje. Vitan Dzhoganov kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. FC Canakcje's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emil Gospodinov in the 48th minute. FC Canakcje's Yanaki Shangov got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Stoyadin Kotzakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krasen Hadzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Emil Gospodinov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trayan Ahchiyski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Yanaki Shangov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Severin Kotzovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yanaki Shangov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yanaki Shangov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Severin Kotzovski firmly grabbed it by the left post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
