The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tzanyo Lesov to strike the kick off in the second half. Vangel Harabaliev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spiridon Kozaliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Anzhelo Uzunski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yancho Topchiev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deyan Stamenkov hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Nedelcho Mitrev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Марица's Vangel Harabaliev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Although ФК Етър Велико Търново had been in control for most of the match, Марица still came away with the win.
