With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velko Pishimarov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arso Dimchev charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arso Dimchev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SVETKAVICA booed when Sliven FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arso Dimchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Arso Dimchev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Bidari was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Leandro Bidari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miladin Veselinov in the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Sliven FC's Velko Pishimarov got control of the ball when Temelko Madzhunov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Bidari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdravko Rakarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Temelko Madzhunov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Velko Pishimarov. Sliven FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Temelko Madzhunov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dido Ralchevski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Dido Ralchevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miladin Veselinov's late challenge caught a SVETKAVICA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Sliven FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dido Ralchevski came free, but Velko Pishimarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Temelko Madzhunov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Velko Pishimarov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, SVETKAVICA's Leandro Bidari got control of the ball when Dobri Parpulov tried to sneak it across the goal line. SVETKAVICA's Leandro Bidari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save SVETKAVICA from getting a goal against them. Leandro Bidari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dobri Parpulov in the 76th minute. During the 77th minute of the match Arso Dimchev completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arso Dimchev a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Miladin Veselinov got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Sliven FC's Miladin Veselinov got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dido Ralchevski in the 83rd minute of play forced Sliven FC's goalkeeper Velko Pishimarov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Temelko Madzhunov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Velko Pishimarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Velko Pishimarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dido Ralchevski in the 86th minute of play.
