Zhelyazko Zanev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Detelin Púrvov in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Stanko Pankov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Detelin Púrvov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zhelyazko Zanev. Detelin Púrvov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Zhelyazko Zanev made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lyuben Kutlev sent off a good shot on target. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Detelin Púrvov to make the kick off. The Fenerbahçe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Preselniti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
