Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ognyan Kachov started the match with the kick off. When Russalsko's Ognyan Kachov in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 20th minute, Russalsko's Ognyan Kachov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sevdalin Katev. Sevdalin Katev yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Svetlozar Kirovski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Russalsko's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetlozar Kirovski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sevdalin Katev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 24 played minutes Trifonova got a freekick which was hit by Boyan Vúlev. Trifonova's Sevdalin Katev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Trifonova from getting a goal against them. Sevdalin Katev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sava Palikrushev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from Svetlozar Kirovski in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Sevdalin Katev had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Ognyan Kachov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sevdalin Katev. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ognyan Kachov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sevdalin Katev was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Ognyan Kachov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Trifonova's goal looked a bit too open when Ognyan Kachov came free, but Sevdalin Katev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Svetlozar Kirovski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Russalsko's zone, Boyan Vúlev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostadin Manchov came out of the goal and Boyan Vúlev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sevdalin Katev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ognyan Kachov in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ognyan Kachov in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sevdalin Katev saved Trifonova from getting behind. After 60 played minutes Trifonova got a freekick which was hit by Goran Gelovski. The audience cheered when Anani Zaharinov's long shot passed Sevdalin Katev's right side. It was 3-0, 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, Trifonova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simo Gasparov to maneuver through the defense. Svetlozar Kirovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sevdalin Katev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ognyan Kachov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sava Palikrushev in the 91st minute of play forced Trifonova's goalkeeper Sevdalin Katev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Russalsko's Ognyan Kachov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sevdalin Katev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ognyan Kachov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sevdalin Katev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svetlozar Kirovski in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Russalsko fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trifonova had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
