Tinko Belovezhdov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Acho Kartalev in the 5th minute of play. If Orlin Smolenov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Eugenio Granato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sevdalin Tomchev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Svetlozar Prúchkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Svetlozar Prúchkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vladimir Novachev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlin Smolenov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Svetlozar Prúchkov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Gyuro Súrchadzhiev kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Sergey Radomirov struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Svetlozar Prúchkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ЦСКА-София. If Vladimir Novachev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Granato in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Svetlozar Prúchkov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46thth minute of the game Eugenio Granato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Millan FC's Svetlozar Prúchkov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half ЦСКА-София were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Orlin Smolenov was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. ЦСКА-София's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 57 minutes into the match, Vladimir Novachev dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Svetlozar Prúchkov, 0-2. Sevdalin Tomchev succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 74th playminute. In the 80th minute Orlin Smolenov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetlozar Prúchkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rusi Tinchev hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Millan FC's Preslav Bandev got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sevdalin Tomchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Granato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Svetlozar Prúchkov made a huge save. ЦСКА-София's Orlin Smolenov got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Eugenio Granato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Granato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Svetlozar Prúchkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ЦСКА-София's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
