Yoakim Seferinov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matey Ilchovski came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by ЦСКА-София's Eugenio Granato. But to his dismay, Eugenio Granato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nedyalko Cherganski during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hameleon's Nedyalko Cherganski got a free kick in the 19th minute. Vladimir Novachev hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. ЦСКА-София's Tinko Belovezhdov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedyalko Cherganski in the 27th minute of play. When Tzvyatko Kirchev came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Hameleon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tzvyatko Kirchev couldn't finish the play. Trendafil Doynov kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Eugenio Granato in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matey Ilchovski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tinko Belovezhdov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bozhil Kirev, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to ЦСКА-София getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rusi Tinchev hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Hameleon's goal looked a bit too open when Orlin Smolenov came free, but Matey Ilchovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Yane Gurov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ЦСКА-София fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Eugenio Granato struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Matey Ilchovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ЦСКА-София. After some careless play in the ЦСКА-София defense, Nedyalko Cherganski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tinko Belovezhdov. The ЦСКА-София fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tinko Belovezhdov should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the match, ЦСКА-София's goalkeeper Tinko Belovezhdov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nedyalko Cherganski. After a rather tough play, ЦСКА-София's Vladimir Novachev got a free kick in the 83rd minute. With a little luck, ЦСКА-София's Tinko Belovezhdov got control of the ball when Nedyalko Cherganski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nedyalko Cherganski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tinko Belovezhdov having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Eugenio Granato had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matey Ilchovski. Hameleon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Granato was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Neno Ambarev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ЦСКА-София were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hameleon for a fine match.
