Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lilko Grúncharski started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Hosanfaki's goalkeeper Doncho Boishin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rostislav Kalburov struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Anacleto Hernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Hosanfaki. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rostislav Kalburov in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Hernandez saved CSKA Zlatija from getting behind. Rusi Túnkov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Hernandez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, FC Hosanfaki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lazar Dzhelenski to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see CSKA Zlatija's Blagovest Zlatanov in action when he in the 26th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Lilko Grúncharski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Doncho Boishin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rusi Túnkov went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When CSKA Zlatija's Lilko Grúncharski in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hosanfaki's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the game, CSKA Zlatija's Velislav Dargov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bobi Pophristov charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bobi Pophristov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Hosanfaki booed when CSKA Zlatija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobi Pophristov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anacleto Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rostislav Kalburov, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rusi Túnkov to make the kick off. A collision led to CSKA Zlatija getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Velislav Dargov hit a great ball. If Rusi Túnkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Panayot Túrnin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Zlatija's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hosanfaki the free kick. In the 69th minute of the match Tzonyo Baldzhiev sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Hernandez skillfully saved the ball. Anacleto Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rusi Túnkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. FC Hosanfaki's Doncho Boishin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lilko Grúncharski in the 74th minute of play. If Velislav Dargov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lilko Grúncharski came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the CSKA Zlatija fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lilko Grúncharski couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Rostislav Kalburov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dobri Kasúrov charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dobri Kasúrov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lilko Grúncharski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Panayot Túrnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes FC Hosanfaki got a freekick which was hit by Lazar Dzhelenski. After 91 minutes of play CSKA Zlatija's Dobri Kasúrov was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
