The Akademi 21 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Zerg were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Penko Staevski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Metodi Staevski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Zerg's supporters rose to their feet, but Krasen Medarski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bozhidar Fasulkov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Krasen Medarski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Akademi 21's Bozhidar Fasulkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Akademi 21 from getting a goal against them. Akademi 21's supporters rose to their feet, but Penko Staevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvald Snell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Metodi Staevski came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Akademi 21 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Metodi Staevski couldn't finish the play.
