Spectators: 7728 (Terracing: 5797, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) Pavel Gadzhov made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Stanyo Fetvadzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th match minute, Akademi 21 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitan Neev to maneuver through the defense. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bozhidar Fasulkov firmly grabbed it by the left post. Musatchilar's Omurtag Tantilov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Vandov in the 11th minute of play. Omurtag Tantilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Penko Staevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Stanyo Fetvadzhiev made a precise shot to the right of Bozhidar Fasulkov. Akademi 21's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 20th minute Pavel Gadzhov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bozhidar Fasulkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozhidar Fasulkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petko Tzurev, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Vandov in the 26th minute of play forced Musatchilar's goalkeeper Omurtag Tantilov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Nikolay Shenev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Musatchilar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Bozhidar Fasulkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Musatchilar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuli Bakalchev got free with Bozhidar Fasulkov in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marin Petleshkov's late challenge caught a Musatchilar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marin Petleshkov helped the player get up and apologised. Marin Petleshkov hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Akademi 21's zone, Stanyo Fetvadzhiev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bozhidar Fasulkov came out of the goal and Stanyo Fetvadzhiev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bozhidar Fasulkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuli Bakalchev in the 63rd minute of the match. Zhivko Milanov hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Stanyo Fetvadzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bozhidar Fasulkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozhidar Fasulkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Akademi 21's goal looked a bit too open when Stanyo Fetvadzhiev came free, but Bozhidar Fasulkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Akademi 21 booed when Musatchilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evgeni Danchov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akademi 21's Penko Staevski got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Musatchilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vangel Tupankov to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 89 minutes, Vangel Tupankov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Musatchilar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vangel Tupankov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bozhidar Fasulkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuli Bakalchev in the 91st minute of the match. Yuli Bakalchev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bozhidar Fasulkov having to interfere. Akademi 21's Bozhidar Fasulkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanyo Fetvadzhiev in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Musatchilar had played much better football throughout.
