Spectators: 6764 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1764, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vihren Goranchev started the match with the kick off. Tzvetomir Merodiyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuncho Kraynov having to interfere. Kuncho Kraynov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pancho Kosovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lyuboslav Burov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Rocco Starks made a huge save. 13 minutes into the game, Boyan Bakúrdzhiev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSKA Zvunche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Restricted Area the free kick. After 13 played minutes CSKA Zvunche got a freekick which was hit by Boyan Bakúrdzhiev. When Restricted Area's Tzvetomir Merodiyski, in the 14th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Restricted Area. Pancho Kosovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lyuboslav Burov struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rocco Starks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Zvunche. Rocco Starks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lyuboslav Burov in the 23rd minute. Kuncho Kraynov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzvetomir Merodiyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Restricted Area's Rocco Starks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vihren Goranchev in the 35th minute of play. Tzvetomir Merodiyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CSKA Zvunche's Kuncho Kraynov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pancho Kosovski in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Lyuboslav Burov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lyuboslav Burov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Restricted Area's zone, Lyuboslav Burov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rocco Starks came out of the goal and Lyuboslav Burov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Vihren Goranchev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CSKA Zvunche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vihren Goranchev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the CSKA Zvunche defense, Tzvetomir Merodiyski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kuncho Kraynov. The CSKA Zvunche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kuncho Kraynov should have stopped the shot. In the 70th minute, Tzvetomir Merodiyski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Restricted Area fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 74th minute, Restricted Area's Tzvetomir Merodiyski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kuncho Kraynov. Kuncho Kraynov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Vihren Goranchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kuncho Kraynov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pancho Kosovski, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CSKA Zvunche's zone, Tzvetomir Merodiyski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuncho Kraynov came out of the goal and Tzvetomir Merodiyski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
