In the 15th minute, Bogdan Valentinov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 17 minutes, Bogdan Valentinov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogdan Valentinov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yonko Mihaylovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Galabin Kobarelov in the 20th minute of the match. Bogdan Valentinov got in the 22nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Chudomir Karameshev handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Milyo Hadzhitonev kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Panayot Gevechanov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yonko Mihaylovski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Vladko Predyov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Elena's Yonko Mihaylovski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Elena from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Genko Konstantinov managed to get in a good position for a shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Varban Maev got free with Yonko Mihaylovski in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Elena lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
