If Arhangel Bagarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 minutes, Lilko Gúrbuzanov made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Koniawo's Stamen Shikalanov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 16 minutes, Lilko Gúrbuzanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svyetlen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lilko Gúrbuzanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stamen Shikalanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lilko Gúrbuzanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stamen Shikalanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lilko Gúrbuzanov in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Koniawo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gyuro Papalezov to maneuver through the defense. Arhangel Bagarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stamen Shikalanov having to interfere. Teodosi Duchevski charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosi Duchevski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 25 played minutes Svyetlen got a freekick which was hit by Teodosi Duchevski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosta Hinkov in the 28th minute of play forced Svyetlen's goalkeeper Teodosi Slúnchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Galabin Taslakov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Teodosi Slúnchev made a huge save. Galabin Taslakov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosi Slúnchev having to interfere. Koniawo's Stamen Shikalanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arhangel Bagarov in the 49th minute of play. The Koniawo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Svyetlen were winning 0-1.

Koniawo's Stamen Shikalanov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Koniawo from getting a goal against them. If Galabin Taslakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kosta Hinkov struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Teodosi Slúnchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koniawo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosta Hinkov in the 64th minute of play forced Svyetlen's goalkeeper Teodosi Slúnchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Svyetlen's Lilko Gúrbuzanov in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute Kosta Hinkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosi Slúnchev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamen Shikalanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lilko Gúrbuzanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lilko Gúrbuzanov in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stamen Shikalanov saved Koniawo from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Lilko Gúrbuzanov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stamen Shikalanov. Lilko Gúrbuzanov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. When Arhangel Bagarov came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Svyetlen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arhangel Bagarov couldn't finish the play. Lilko Gúrbuzanov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stamen Shikalanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Arhangel Bagarov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Svyetlen's Teodosi Duchevski got a free kick in the 97th minute. Svyetlen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
