Dochko Smolenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivo Gilishtarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Koniawo's goalkeeper Stamen Shikalanov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Paun Tihomirov with Gyuro Papalezov as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Koniawo getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Galabin Taslakov hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Elin Marinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Stamen Shikalanov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivo Gilishtarov during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Elin Marinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stamen Shikalanov came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lom's Elin Marinski. But to his dismay, Elin Marinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, Ivo Gilishtarov notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lom's Dochko Smolenov. Dochko Smolenov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kosta Hinkov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Koniawo booed when Lom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yosif Alexandrov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Velyo Korunov in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lom's Detelin Omayski. Severin Minov's late challenge caught a Koniawo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severin Minov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lom's Severin Minov got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Lom's Detelin Omayski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Velyo Korunov in the 64 minute of the game. Detelin Omayski kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute Kosta Hinkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Smolenov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Koniawo booed when Lom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doncho Genkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stamen Shikalanov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elin Marinski in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lom's Detelin Omayski got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to Koniawo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Velyo Korunov hit a great ball. Yosif Alexandrov kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 played minutes, Koniawo's Nedko Tzikov shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dochko Smolenov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Koniawo reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doncho Genkov during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Doncho Genkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Kosta Hinkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dochko Smolenov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lom's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
