Tzvetoslav Lazhev hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Tzvetoslav Klincharski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzvetoslav Lazhev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MAREK DUPNICA's supporters rose to their feet, but Peyo Bekyarov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vencho Bahchevanov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peyo Bekyarov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, MAREK DUPNICA's Vencho Bahchevanov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danail Kolchagov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tzvetoslav Klincharski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, ФК Звезда's Nedko Púrlev got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 98th minute, Velko Ibrov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over MAREK DUPNICA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ФК Звезда throughout the match.
