Nedko Kalchevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doychin Zhablenski in the 5th minute of play. Nedko Kalchevski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iliyan Arnaudov went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Zlatko Gúrdakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nedko Kalchevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Topliyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, CSKA Sipocan's goalkeeper Nedko Kalchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doychin Zhablenski. In the 12th minute, Bogdan Bozhurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zlatko Gúrdakov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nedko Kalchevski having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doychin Zhablenski in the 16th minute of play forced CSKA Sipocan's goalkeeper Nedko Kalchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nedko Kalchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zlatko Gúrdakov in the 17th minute of the match. Vihar Kulev came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by CSKA Sipocan's Lilcho Vodenicharov. But to his dismay, Lilcho Vodenicharov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Doychin Zhablenski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nedko Kalchevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes CSKA Sipocan got a freekick which was hit by Subin Burdzhiev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatin Marangozov in the 38th minute of play forced CSKA Sipocan's goalkeeper Nedko Kalchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Bozhurin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Doychin Zhablenski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. CSKA Sipocan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Миньор БД the free kick. In the 47th minute, Levent Ochkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 49 minutes, Zlatin Marangozov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Миньор БД's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatin Marangozov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lilcho Vodenicharov made a kick off. Nedko Kalchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doychin Zhablenski in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Миньор БД's zone, Levent Ochkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vihar Kulev came out of the goal and Levent Ochkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 played minutes CSKA Sipocan got a freekick which was hit by Lilcho Vodenicharov. Kosta Merdzhanov kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zlatko Gúrdakov in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nedko Kalchevski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Simo Baylov could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Vihar Kulev however easily saved by the left post. Vihar Kulev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Bozhurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CSKA Sipocan's Nedko Kalchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatko Gúrdakov in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute Doychin Zhablenski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedko Kalchevski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simo Baylov's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vihar Kulev firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nedko Kalchevski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 86 minutes into the match, Миньор БД's goalkeeper Vihar Kulev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simo Baylov. In the 88th minute, Kosta Merdzhanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Simo Baylov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatko Gúrdakov in the 98th minute of play forced CSKA Sipocan's goalkeeper Nedko Kalchevski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Миньор БД players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
