Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dinko Bumbarov kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Bakalite F.C.'s Vladimir Svilarski got control of the ball when Roman Yanachkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ventzislav Sprostranov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Spiro Malchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ventzislav Sprostranov, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Velislav Novoselski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC Ajax's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bakalite F.C. the free kick. In the 13th match minute, AFC Ajax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Velislav Novoselski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Ventzislav Sprostranov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bakalite F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ventzislav Sprostranov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spiro Malchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Bakalite F.C. booed when AFC Ajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Yanachkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Yanachkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dinko Bumbarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evlogi Gargov took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Spiro Malchev. Spiro Malchev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Dinko Bumbarov notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AFC Ajax's Spiro Malchev. Spiro Malchev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 44 minutes, Apostol Bakarski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bakalite F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Apostol Bakarski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AFC Ajax's Spiro Malchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severin Deshov in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexey Gelev was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bakalite F.C.'s Dinko Bumbarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spiro Malchev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Severin Deshov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bakalite F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Severin Deshov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spiro Malchev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Spiro Malchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evlogi Gargov in the 60th minute. A collision led to AFC Ajax getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Viktor Sholeykov hit a great ball. Vladimir Svilarski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexey Gelev's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Evlogi Gargov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 71 minutes into the game, Dinko Bumbarov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Spiro Malchev. Dinko Bumbarov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Dinko Bumbarov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Spiro Malchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Roman Yanachkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bakalite F.C.'s Vladimir Svilarski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dinko Bumbarov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Spiro Malchev having to make a save. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Ajax's goalkeeper Spiro Malchev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dinko Bumbarov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Spiro Malchev having to interfere. Vladimir Svilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Yanachkov in the 88th minute of play. Bakalite F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
