In the 21st minute Tzeno Makriev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slaveyko Tzatzov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Kurkudzha booed when FC Karezlii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toncho Skrobanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, one of Kurkudzha:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kurkudzha. In the 33rd minute, Grisha Tyurkedzhiev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chavdar Belezhkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slaveyko Tzatzov having to interfere. If Zlatan Chergilanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Zlatan Chergilanov sped through Kurkudzha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yonko Gugov. 73 minutes into the match, Kurkudzha's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatan Chergilanov came free, but Yonko Gugov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slaveyko Tzatzov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chavdar Belezhkov in the 75th minute of the match. Chavdar Belezhkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
