A very good chance. Yavashkioy's Adrian Miloshev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Encho Yonchevski in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delyan Tegarkov in the 7th minute of play forced Yavashkioy's goalkeeper Adrian Miloshev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes, Haralampi Bogdantzaliev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lokomotiv Ruse and the Yavashkioy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute, Nikifor Velevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mladen Izvorski got free with Martin Baharov in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, Yavashkioy's goal looked a bit too open when Encho Yonchevski came free, but Adrian Miloshev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Ruse's Kuzman Kúrkelanov got a free kick in the 31st minute. The throw-in from Vute Delkov in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Yavashkioy's Ancho Slivkov. Ancho Slivkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Baharov having to interfere. Delyan Tegarkov struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Adrian Miloshev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Ruse. 47 minutes into the match, Kuzman Kúrkelanov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Miloshev. Yavashkioy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kuzman Kúrkelanov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haralampi Bogdantzaliev to strike the kick off in the second half. Mladen Izvorski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Martin Baharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Miloshev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Encho Yonchevski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes Yavashkioy got a freekick which was hit by Svilen Kavlakov. Karamfil Pelteshki made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Haralampi Bogdantzaliev however managed to control. Yavashkioy's Adrian Miloshev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Yavashkioy from getting a goal against them. Mladen Izvorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Baharov having to interfere. Yavashkioy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Haralampi Bogdantzaliev 72 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. In the 76th match minute, Yavashkioy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neycho Chukov to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Encho Yonchevski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lokomotiv Ruse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Encho Yonchevski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Vencho Kutov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lokomotiv Ruse's Martin Baharov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mladen Izvorski in the 86th minute of play forced Lokomotiv Ruse's goalkeeper Martin Baharov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mladen Izvorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Baharov having to interfere. Encho Yonchevski took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Miloshev. Adrian Miloshev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lokomotiv Ruse eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
