Penko Karapandzhiev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoimen Borikov in the 37th minute of the match. When Lyuboslav Keremedchiev came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the emil team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lyuboslav Keremedchiev couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Orlin Gudzhev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Mentus having to interfere. The supporters of emil team booed when FC Zagorka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Kableshkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Stoimen Borikov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Penko Karapandzhiev, passed just outside the right post. In the 74th match minute, FC Zagorka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vanyo Tishinov to maneuver through the defense. emil team's Orlin Gudzhev got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venko Chorbov during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venko Chorbov hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The FC Zagorka players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
