Martin Baharov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Ruse's goal looked a bit too open when Dragomir Vetov came free, but Martin Baharov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragomir Rabakov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martin Baharov having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Lokomotiv Ruse's Nikifor Velevski got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Mihail Matzev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 15 minutes on the clock, Evstati Prezhdarov commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salgado bulgaro! The goalkeeper, Andon Bogomilov, was totally fooled by Lokomotiv Ruse's Nikifor Velevski, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Andon Bogomilov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haralampi Bogdantzaliev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Presiyan Nikitov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Martin Baharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomislav Muhtarov hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Martin Baharov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dragomir Rabakov went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Presiyan Nikitov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Baharov. Lokomotiv Ruse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Presiyan Nikitov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Martin Baharov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragomir Rabakov in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Grigor Dipchikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Baharov having to interfere. A collision led to Lokomotiv Ruse getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Tomislav Muhtarov hit a great ball. Dragomir Rabakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Martin Baharov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Encho Yonchevski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andon Bogomilov having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Mihail Matzev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dragomir Rabakov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Baharov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigor Dipchikov in the 80th minute of play. When Mihail Matzev came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Salgado bulgaro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihail Matzev couldn't finish the play. Salgado bulgaro's Dragomir Rabakov got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 88 minutes of play, Salgado bulgaro's Presiyan Nikitov made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Baharov was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mihail Matzev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Presiyan Nikitov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dragomir Rabakov struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Martin Baharov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salgado bulgaro. Salgado bulgaro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
