After having played for 7 minutes, Iliya Butev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furtuni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iliya Butev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute Iliya Butev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaloyan Stefchov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaloyan Stefchov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Slavi Kachov, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 33 played minutes ПФК Левски 1914 got a freekick which was hit by Marin Petkov. Ancho Srebrev made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Wladyslaw Czubski sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Marin Petkov took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Ancho Srebrev to make any attempt to save it. After 40 played minutes Furtuni got a freekick which was hit by Hristiyan Kochev. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slavi Kachov was the one to do the kick off. When Iliya Butev came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Furtuni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iliya Butev couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute Wladyslaw Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ancho Srebrev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ancho Srebrev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Šourek in the 59th minute of the match. Ancho Srebrev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Šourek went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ancho Srebrev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wladyslaw Czubski in the 67th minute of play. Furtuni were furious when Hristiyan Kochev was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 67 minutes into the game, one of Furtuni:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 72nd minute, Wladyslaw Czubski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ancho Srebrev was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. If Wladyslaw Czubski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 played minutes Furtuni got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Bandrov. Ancho Srebrev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wladyslaw Czubski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Jan Šourek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ancho Srebrev. Furtuni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Šourek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slavi Kachov in the 97th minute of play forced ПФК Левски 1914's goalkeeper Kaloyan Stefchov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that ПФК Левски 1914 were the better team. ПФК Левски 1914's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
