Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hristofor Dudev started the match with the kick off. Stoyne Rezashki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Kusko having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Voluyak's Trayko Mishev got a free kick in the 10th minute. Dragan Shipchanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitar Stanev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lyuben Kraev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvio Kusko was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Svetozar Bosnev. 23 minutes into the game, THE RED STARS's Hristofor Dudev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragan Shipchanov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Stoyne Rezashki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Silvio Kusko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hristofor Dudev struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Dragan Shipchanov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THE RED STARS. Lyuben Kraev might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Kusko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lyuben Kraev ran back to his position shaking his head. If Stoyne Rezashki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benislav Shtúrbanov in the 36th minute of play forced Voluyak's goalkeeper Dragan Shipchanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lyuben Kraev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Silvio Kusko made a huge save. After having played for 42 minutes, Lyuben Kraev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voluyak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lyuben Kraev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benislav Shtúrbanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dragan Shipchanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyuben Kraev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lyuben Kraev made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Lyuben Kraev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Kusko was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Pencho Mudrov charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pencho Mudrov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of THE RED STARS booed when Voluyak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pencho Mudrov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes, Voluyak's Yanek Godev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvio Kusko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Voluyak reached it. Hristofor Dudevs short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Dragan Shipchanov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dragan Shipchanov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitar Stanev in the 80th minute. When Lyuben Kraev came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Voluyak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lyuben Kraev couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, THE RED STARS's goal looked a bit too open when Lyuben Kraev came free, but Silvio Kusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With splendid footwork Hristofor Dudev arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-2 by the left pole in the game's 92nd minute. Hristofor Dudev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragan Shipchanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded THE RED STARS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Voluyak.
