The crowd rose to their feet as Tervel Keremidchiev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Svilen Kirov. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC GRANIT's Haralampi Maystorov got a free kick in the 11th minute. Tervel Keremidchiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Svilen Kirov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Shudekovtsu booed when FC GRANIT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Slavi Gaydarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Mladen Dilov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shudekovtsu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC GRANIT the free kick. After a rather tough play, Shudekovtsu's Mladen Dilov got a free kick in the 25th minute. Vidyo Variyski, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Blagoy Ogoyski hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes, Shudekovtsu's Emil Tishev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Germain Tissandier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shudekovtsu reached it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simo Kunov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Botyo Rasheev made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Desislav Kotov however managed to control. Svilen Kirov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haralampi Maystorov went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute, Haralampi Maystorov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC GRANIT fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Toshko Yalúmov hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. When Tomislav Shirkov fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GRANIT's protests and gave Tomislav Shirkov a yellow card for diving instead. Germain Tissandier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simo Kunov in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Kalin Velyanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germain Tissandier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svetlozar Velchov made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Desislav Kotov immediately put the ball in play. Svilen Kirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidyo Variyski in the 84th minute of the match. After 85 minutes of play Shudekovtsu's Mladen Dilov was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Haralampi Maystorov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GRANIT's supporters rose to their feet, but Haralampi Maystorov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svilen Kirov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC GRANIT walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
