Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anton Bekirski kicked off to start the match. Belcho Hlebarov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dochko Volev having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, Kitka's goal looked a bit too open when Belcho Hlebarov came free, but Dochko Volev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dochko Volev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belcho Hlebarov in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Belcho Hlebarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dochko Volev was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Anton Bekirski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radostin Ivanchev got free with Anzhelo Gerushin in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dochko Volev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belcho Hlebarov in the 22nd minute of play. Anzhelo Gerushin made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Chavdar Pochinkov sent off a good shot on target. Belcho Hlebarov might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dochko Volev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Belcho Hlebarov ran back to his position shaking his head. Chavdar Pochinkov kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The ЦСКА fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when ЦСКА's Belcho Hlebarov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anzhelo Gerushin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delcho Pamukchiev in the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, ЦСКА's Anzhelo Gerushin got control of the ball when Radostin Ivanchev tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Kitka lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
