In the 15th minute Kamen Zhilkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Subin Karabashev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kamen Zhilkov struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Subin Karabashev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ФК Червено знаме. After 41 played minutes ФК Червено знаме got a freekick which was hit by Stanoy Tzandev. After a rather tough play, ФК Червено знаме's Kamen Zhilkov got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Omurtag Vasov hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Kamen Zhilkov made the kick off in the second half. Subin Karabashev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yoan Gitev, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute.
