Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tencho Gunev made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Miladin Dzhalev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Tsarevgrad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miladin Dzhalev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yani Vidinski in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naum Kontev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the game, Strahil Barokov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Svetozar Angelovski. Strahil Barokov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Tencho Gunev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malkite Kristalcheta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Miladin Dzhalev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naum Kontev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Miladin Dzhalev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yani Vidinski to make the kick off. Tencho Gunev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Svetozar Angelovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Yani Vidinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naum Kontev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Miladin Dzhalev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miladin Dzhalev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Naum Kontev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Igor Tzvetkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Malkite Kristalcheta's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Yani Vidinski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, FC Tsarevgrad's Mladen Gadzhev got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Strahil Barokov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malkite Kristalcheta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Rumen Vodenov's late challenge caught a FC Tsarevgrad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rumen Vodenov helped the player get up and apologised. Rumen Vodenov kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Niki Nelov shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When Penko Tyutyundzhiev fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Tsarevgrad's protests and gave Penko Tyutyundzhiev a yellow card for diving instead. When Miladin Dzhalev came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the FC Tsarevgrad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miladin Dzhalev couldn't finish the play. Malkite Kristalcheta's Naum Kontev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yani Vidinski in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Malkite Kristalcheta had won after a very even match.
