If Stoil Vúlev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, one of Serdika Football Academy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Serdika Football Academy. Serdika Football Academy:s Ivelin Poryazov showed great skill when he stopped Milan Gashev:s penalty. 14 minutes into the match, Milan Gashev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivelin Poryazov. Serdika Football Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milan Gashev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Zahari Tzutzekov didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 22nd match minute, Belovitsa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krasen Tanev to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoan Tzvetanski got free with Zahari Tzutzekov in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serdika Football Academy's Antoan Tzvetanski got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute Stoil Vúlev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zahari Tzutzekov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zlatin Hadzhiolov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ivelin Poryazov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belovitsa's Ikonom Karapetrov got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stoil Vúlev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Belovitsa getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ikonom Karapetrov hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Trayan Rusetzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Antoan Tzvetanski notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Belovitsa's Zahari Tzutzekov. Zahari Tzutzekov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivelin Poryazov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ikonom Karapetrov in the 69th minute of the match. Zahari Tzutzekov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stoil Vúlev's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ikonom Karapetrov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivelin Poryazov. That made the score 3-2 in the 76 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatin Hadzhiolov in the 79th minute of play forced Serdika Football Academy's goalkeeper Ivelin Poryazov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzoko Tanovski struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Zahari Tzutzekov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serdika Football Academy. Belovitsa's Zahari Tzutzekov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoan Tzvetanski in the 85th minute of play. Zahari Tzutzekov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stoil Vúlev, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Stoil Vúlev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zahari Tzutzekov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The nice shot from Ikonom Karapetrov in the 92ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ivelin Poryazov had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 96 minutes into the match, Serdika Football Academy's goalkeeper Ivelin Poryazov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ikonom Karapetrov. Ikonom Karapetrov might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivelin Poryazov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ikonom Karapetrov ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Serdika Football Academy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Belovitsa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
