Zahari Tzutzekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksim Ganchev in the 7th minute of play. Krasen Tanev's late challenge caught a Опълченците's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krasen Tanev helped the player get up and apologised. Krasen Tanev kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Teofan Demerdzhiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maksim Ganchev struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Zahari Tzutzekov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Опълченците. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zlatin Hadzhiolov in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krum Konsulov saved Опълченците from getting behind. Zlatin Hadzhiolov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Krum Konsulov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Опълченците getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Antoan Mishev hit a great ball. If Zlatin Hadzhiolov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zlatin Hadzhiolov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Krum Konsulov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Kiril Adamski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Опълченците and the Belovitsa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Belovitsa booed when Опълченците was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kiril Adamski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ikonom Karapetrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krum Konsulov was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Zlatin Hadzhiolov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zlatin Hadzhiolov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zlatin Hadzhiolov was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Belovitsa's Ikonom Karapetrov got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 60 minutes, Damyan Stanchov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belovitsa and the Опълченците players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 61 played minutes Belovitsa got a freekick which was hit by Damyan Stanchov. When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, Опълченците's Bratan Kalinov got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zahari Tzutzekov. Teofan Demerdzhiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofan Demerdzhiev in the 77th minute of play forced Belovitsa's goalkeeper Zahari Tzutzekov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes of play, Belovitsa's Krasen Tanev made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Krum Konsulov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ikonom Karapetrov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Krum Konsulov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Ikonom Karapetrov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Ikonom Karapetrov made a precise shot to the right of Krum Konsulov. Опълченците's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Krum Konsulov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ikonom Karapetrov's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. If Ikonom Karapetrov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Belovitsa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
