After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Maksim Gramchev managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Ignat's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksim Gramchev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krum Konsulov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matey Pramatarski hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Matey Pramatarski scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krum Konsulov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yoncho Zhelyazkov got free with Krum Konsulov in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orlin Samokovliev succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 12th playminute. After 14 played minutes CSKA Ignat got a freekick which was hit by Boyan Smilenov. Antoan Mishev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Matey Pramatarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Antoan Mishev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antoan Mishev took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Acho Búrzin. Acho Búrzin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 27thth minute of the game Matey Pramatarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Опълченците's Krum Konsulov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antoan Mishev took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Acho Búrzin. Acho Búrzin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Teofan Demerdzhiev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Acho Búrzin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Опълченците's zone, Orlin Samokovliev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krum Konsulov came out of the goal and Orlin Samokovliev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matey Pramatarski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Krum Konsulov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Orlin Samokovliev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, Опълченците was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofan Demerdzhiev to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, one of CSKA Ignat:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CSKA Ignat. The supporters of CSKA Ignat booed when Опълченците was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ganyo Salmov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Matey Pramatarski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Krum Konsulov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 played minutes Matey Pramatarski shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Опълченците's Krum Konsulov to catch but Matey Pramatarski was lucky. It became 4-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Matey Pramatarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CSKA Ignat fully deserved thier win.
