Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Velizar Sergiev kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Alika getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lilko Savchev hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Momchil Vodenov in the 12th minute of play forced Alika's goalkeeper Belcho Vetov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alika's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lazgrad Bulgaria the free kick. 37 minutes into the match, Alika's goal looked a bit too open when Presiyan Topurov came free, but Belcho Vetov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Stoil Polomski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute Velizar Sergiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sasho Lishev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 played minutes Alika got a freekick which was hit by Denko Idakiev. Yanaki Borov hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Sasho Lishev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velizar Sergiev in the 60th minute of the match. Belcho Vetov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Presiyan Topurov in the 63rd minute of play.
